SPORES OR LIQUID CULTURE NOT INCLUDED

Grow dung-loving mushrooms fast — right in the bag. The Redwood Mushroom Supply Dung-Loving All-in-One Grow Bag combines hydrated grain and a dung-inspired bulk substrate in one professionally prepared grow bag.

Just inject with a spore syringe or liquid culture, incubate, and wait. No grain prep, no mixing, no monotub required.

Each bag contains our proprietary, pre-sterilized blend of nutrient-rich grain and a dung-inspired bulk substrate, formulated to mimic the ideal conditions for dung-loving species. Designed by experienced cultivators and sterilized in a commercial-grade autoclave. The contained all-in-one format reduces the number of separate materials and transfers required during cultivation. Each bag includes a self-healing injection port and filter patch and arrives sterilized and ready for inoculation with a compatible culture or spore source.

Whether you’re starting your first grow or dialing in your workflow, this bag does the heavy lifting so you can focus on the fun part: watching your mushrooms thrive.

    Why Choose RMS Dung-Loving AIO?

🍄 Grow Mushrooms Right in the Bag: Colonization, mixing, and fruiting can be completed in the same bag when the applicable instructions are followed.

🌾 Grain and Substrate in One Bag — The all-in-one format reduces the number of separate materials and transfers required during the growing process.

🐄 Designed for “Dung Loving” species, great for all : Formulated to support species that are commonly found on dung or manure in nature. This bag also works great for Oyster Mushrooms & Pioppino!

💉 Simple Inoculation Access — A self-healing injection port allows compatible liquid culture or spore material to be introduced without opening the bag.

🧪 Commercially Sterilized: Prepared and sterilized in a commercial autoclave to reduce the initial microbial load before inoculation.

🌬 Filtered Gas Exchange — The filter patch supports gas exchange during colonization while helping limit exposure to airborne contaminants.

📖 Beginner-Friendly Workflow — A guided process helps new growers understand inoculation, colonization, mixing, and fruiting stages.

Sterilization reduces contamination risk at the time of preparation but does not guarantee contamination-free growth after inoculation. Results depend on culture quality, inoculation technique, storage, incubation, and fruiting conditions.

    Product Details

    Built for Dung-Loving Species

This substrate is optimized for mushrooms that require or perform better on high-nutrient, manure-style bases. It mimics the nutritional and structural profile of dung substrates without the mess, odor, or unpredictability of raw manure.

    All-in-One Design

Each bag includes  sterilized grain combined with a fully hydrated, fortified bulk substrate. This format allows for colonization and fruiting to happen in a single container, reducing handling and contamination risk. Just inject your liquid culture or spores of choice and watch it grow.

    Self-Contained Grow Environment

Contents are sealed in a Sakato-brand polypropylene grow bag with a self-healing injection port and a 0.2 micron filter patch. This makes it easy to inoculate directly with liquid culture while maintaining proper, filtered gas exchange during incubation and fruiting.

    Instructions

Guide to Growing Mushrooms with All-in-One Bags

Liquid Culture: Inject 5-10mL liquid culture or spore solution into injection port using sterilized needle and syringe.

Incubate for 2-3 weeks post injection, break and shake at 30% colonization. Once fully colonized, cut small slit just beneath filter patch or open bag and spray to induce fruiting.

    Storage Recommendations:

Store unopened bags in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use promptly for best results and to maintain quality.
